SERVICE AGREEMENTS

To comply with Health and Safety Regs and the growing risk of pests infesting residential and commercial properties a pest control service agreement can minimise or prevent any sudden outbreak that can cause thousands in both damage of material and name.

THE SOLUTION

We offer tailor made service agreements to offer year round protection against a wide species of pests from your everyday Garden Ant to the blood thirsty bedbug. Each agreement ranges from twice yearly to a twice monthly visits with many other options in between. All our service agreements comes with a report folder that records all our visits and any problems that have occurred on the trip, along with full details on any recommendations that we might suggest.

As a responsible company offering prevention of pests we are able to carry out all requirements that may be required of a pest control company working with a large corporation including the option of a full biological audit. We also sell and service fly units and note the species caught for reference and a solution should the problem occur. Our customers range from individual bakery's to large multi-national customers including Swan Mill Paper in Swanley, Kent and Yamaha in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire.

As a professional company we are one of a few nationally to adopt a Barcode system for our service reports. On every visit are are to provide additional information on the condition and take of bait of every rodent and insect trap. This extra service is offered on every service agreement at no extra expense to our customers.

Our service agreements are also an essential service within commercial food premises and an excellent asset for Health and Safety inspections. As an extra benefit we will always use plastic marked boxes rather then the cardboard boxes for health and safety reasons.

If your pest is not mentioned we may still be able to offer a contract service, so please phone the opposite number.

Our service which is extremely competitive (in comparison with the major competition mainly the big 'R') will take into consideration individual needs, and once under contract we will always send the SAME trained technician on every routine service, as we are fully aware of the importance of previous knowledge. Of course should you require an emergency visit within the set visits we will try to send the same technician, however this is not always possible so a reserve will be initially trained on your background to service your needs.

Our pest control surveyor will be happy to work with you to create the correct package and we must note that he does not work on a commission basis and he will suggest a range of packages in an order of importance - not always selling you the most expensive and the one with the most visits

Please note that the prices for Public Houses, Restaurants, Takeaways and Cafes are fixed. Please phone our office for the price for a once a quarter or every 6-8 weeks visit.
